The production department has 11 die-casting presses with capacities ranging
from 200 to 1,100 tons, all equipped with ABS robots for piece picking and control, and die lubrication.

Union Press is attentive to its customers' demands and applies strict quality control tests, such as:
- Quantometer: control of the alloys used
- X-rays: the porosity of die-cast parts
- Three-dimensional control: finished product inspection for compliance with customer supplied drawings
